Harborlight Pointe

Set on a quiet promontory above the East End shoreline, Harborlight Pointe is a contemporary waterfront commission by Lake | Flato — a study in honed limestone, weathered bronze, and unbroken glass. Eleven thousand square feet are arranged across a single, generous floor plan that follows the bend of the harbor, with cantilevered terraces, an infinity pool that reads as an extension of the bay, and a private deep-water dock. The interiors were finished by Pierre Yovanovitch: pale rift-cut oak underfoot, plaster walls in warm chamois, fireplaces in unfilled travertine. Every primary room opens to water. The grounds were drawn by Reed Hilderbrand — beach grasses, sculpted yew, a meditative cutting garden.
